2017 - A Year In Review
To say this year went quick is definitely an understatement - with a blink of an eye we are now in December. 2017 has been a busy and productive year for LATICRETE Australia, as we continue to provide innovative construction solutions for all your building needs.

Looking back on 2017, we continued to build on our relationships by supporting education and training with TAFEs across Australia, and introduced new products and packaging to the Australian market. Read more about all of these in this newsletter.

From India, to Atlanta USA, to Mexico - throughout the year LATICRETE management teams from all around the globe, came together to discuss how we will continue to build and grow the LATICRETE brand in 2018 and beyond.  We will continue to focus on innovative products, easing the work of the installer, providing technical support, improve the durability of construction solutions, and create lasting customer relationships.

Thank-you from the team at LATICRETE Australia for your continued support. The team will be taking a break over the festive period, see below for our closure and reopen dates.

We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year - we look forward to working with you in 2018!

2017 Project Highlights

Construction within Australia is on the rise and it has certainly been a busy year for LATICRETE Australia projects, some of which have really stood out.

In Victoria, Swedish fashion retail chain H&M opened their doors in Westfield Chadstone. Tiling was done throughout the 4,000 square metre, two story store by MCM Tile & Stone using 254 Platinum.

In Tumut, NSW, the 1200m2 Community Labyrinth for Peace was installed by Mark Paine Landscapes, along with other landscaping teams, as a joint community project. A private residence in Sandy Point, NSW, received an incredible backyard transformation by Valley Garden Landscapes, where the 200m2 outdoor space featured sandstone from CINAJUS.
Fortitude Cafe in Brisbane, QLD, opened its doors and showed off their shop front  which was installed by K Tiling + Stone using a range LATICRETE installation materials. Sam Gardener Tiling was involved in an incredible private residence project in Indooroopilly along the Brisbane River, using a full LATICRETE pool tiling system. For the same project, Master Builders Association awarded Sam the 2017 "Residential Trade Contractor of the Year" for Brisbane, and he was also the overall winner for Queensland in the same category.
